"And the thing with family (child care) is that they become like your children and get integrated into your family. The relationship is something that you cannot duplicate in any other setting. Like after they get out of bed, they put their pillows and blankets away and then they put it in the washing machine and when it gets out of the dryer, they grab it. It's warm. So those are experiences that you can't get in a school setting."
