Family, Friend and Neighbor Caregiver
Deborah Young is a license-exempt child care provider in Longmont, Colorado and is also a member of Home Grown's Leading from Home initiative. She is also a professor of early childhood education and trainer at the local college in her city.

"My hope is to increase cultural and linguistic responsiveness at all levels from grassroots to national level. My dream is that all children are raised multicultural and multilingual so our next generation sees the world differently, with more compassion and care."
