Lisa Conley (she/her) is a Project Consultant at Home Grown, where she supports Thriving Providers Project replication sites in bringing guaranteed income to home based caregivers and providers. Prior to this role, Lisa worked at BrightSpark Early Learning Services in Washington State to develop programs and advocate for policy change to support Family, Friend, and Neighbor caregivers and the families they care for. Throughout her career, Lisa has worked in community with others to create racial and economic equity to the people who care for children, elders, and people with disabilities.
