Gladys Jones is the Founder and CEO of ECE on the Move, a New York City-based organization dedicated to empowering Family Child Care educators, strengthening early childhood education, and advancing policies that support children, families, and providers. A former Group Family Day Care educator with more than two decades of experience, Gladys has become a leading voice for equitable funding, provider recognition, and universal child care. Following a life-changing stroke, she transformed personal adversity into a renewed commitment to advocacy, working to ensure that Family Child Care educators are recognized as the professionals they are and that every child has access to high-quality early learning opportunities.
