The federal Administration of Children and Families released the Early Head Start Expansion and Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership Grants funding opportunity proposal announcement. Applications are due on September 21, 2020. Home Grown believes integration with Head Start/Early Head Start offers a critical opportunity to improve the quality of home-based child care and bolster the sustainability of providers, while enabling Head Start to meet its mission to serve the neediest young children in the country.
