Rafael Flores

Rafael Flores is the Director of Narrative Strategy at Home Grown, where he supports the development and implementation of strategies to elevate the visibility and value of home-based child care. He has over 15 years of experience in communications, diplomacy, public relations, and education. Throughout his career, he has focused on creating communication strategies that benefit diverse communities, including immigrants, ESL students, and migrant workers.
