Connor Lightcap

Connor Lightcap is a public health professional with extensive experience in program management, community health, and addressing food insecurity and access. He brings skills in strategic planning, operations, training, and evaluation, coupled with a strong commitment to advancing health equity and improving community systems. In his last role with the National Health Corps, Connor developed innovative programs and built partnerships across six national sites to support AmeriCorps members. He holds a Master of Public Health from Drexel University and is a classically trained pastry chef. When he isn’t at work, he’s gardening, baking, or playing with his dog, Pinto.
