 For anybody to go to work, someone has to care for the children. It is the parent's choice where the children should receive care so whatever is needed to support family child care providers and family, friend and neighbor caregivers needs to get done. We need to sustain these providers and caregivers in and out of disasters because we have been here since the beginning and we will be here in the end."
