Venette Pierre is the Communications Manager Home Grown. Her background includes marketing, public relations and community development. She is passionate about advocating for access to quality supports for underserved communities and storytelling through digital communications.

Karen serves as the Director of Program Operations at Home Grown. Her work oversees project management, data monitoring, communications and program development and administration for Home Grown. She has more than 15 years of experience in education and nonprofits, including child care, k-12 education, out-of-school time, and adult learning.

Natalie Renew is the Executive Director of Home Grown, a national initiative committed to improving the quality of and access to home-based child care. She is an early childhood professional with more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and social service sector supporting children and families furthest from opportunity.
